Shipping Carriers

Delivery will be made using PosLaju Malaysia. All delivery will be supplied with a tracking code to track your shipment.


Delivery Tracking Number

Delivery tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available. We usually ship within 2-3 working days after confirmation of payment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in Poslaju’s tracking system. Poslaju normally keys in tracking code at the end of the day.


Receiver’s Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. AHHSB can only ensure that we ship to the correct address provided to us during ordered process. It is advisable to consider having work/office address as receiving address over residential address. Please ensure the shipping address given is absolutely correct and accurate because we are not taking any responsibility with inaccurate information.

We ship throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM8.00 onwards. Sabah and Sarawak is RM13.00 onwards. Shipping charges are quoted based on weight (or order quantity) and will be automatically calculated during checkout.


Delivery Duration

Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia.

Delivery for Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 7 business days. Our working day is Monday to Friday.

We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.

If there is a fraud of return, we do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.


Buyer will bear the cost of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products.

Steps to return item:

*Notes:  Valid only after 7days of receiving your products

  1. Complete the Return Form & email back to us for our acknowledgement. Our team will update you on the availability item to exchange.
  2. Repack your item(s) using the original packing with the order invoice, and Pos-Laju pre-paid shipping label provided. If you did not get one, do inform our Customer Care team. Drop off your parcel at the nearest Pos-Laju branch and keep your record of return tracking number.
  3. Alternatively drop off your returns at our boutique.
